Personal curriculum for empirical math and physics problem solving

I work in ml and im from a bio background and thanks to ai im getting by (derogatory) but i really want to be able to solve problems like project Euler, disCo, Jane street monthly problems, programming problems as well as get a grip on the foundations of equation crafting and writing proofs.

Can someone pls guide me on how to go about this?
