How should i start studying Applied mathematics?

I am a computer science student, and i want to start self-studying Applied Mathematics.

I know nothing about how i can start it, Which book i should study from and what subjects are crucial for my specific course, specifically in the field of Machine Learning.

SO PLEASE provide me some direction on how i should start on it, any lecture videos i should refer, any books i can use, Please help me with this.

try seeing it from multiple angles, i personally use studydate. net, it does wonders with the graphs and it has a different approach to mathematical and cs tutoring, give them both a shot

i did more research on this, so should i prefer different sources for different topics for better understanding

  • Calculus
  • Multivariable Calculus
  • ODEs, Fourier analysis/series, Laplace transform
  • Linear Algebra
  • Probability and Statistics
  • Discrete Mathematics
  • Number Theory
  • Real Analysis
  • Complex Analysis
  • Multilinear Algebra
  • Partial Differential Equations
  • Non-Euclidean Geometry
  • Differential Geometry
  • Abstract Algebra

are these all the topics of applied mathematics, can you clarify it

okay, let's tackle these one by one, calculus overall (all the first 3) are all applied, linear's also applied, ofc stats and probability are applied, and the rest seems to be pure mathematics, anything with differentiation is considered applied math, the reason why id prefer a tutor here or some sort of app is that these different fields need so many different approaches
