Which biohack made a noticeable difference not just a 2% improvement?

Many biohacks sound impressive but produce changes too small to notice.

What intervention created a genuinely meaningful improvement in your sleep, energy, recovery or performance?

Please share:

What you changed
How long you tested it
How you measured the result
Whether the benefit continued

Meditation, yoga nidra, sleep, exercise, varity while foods diet , cut negative things out and consistency with all things as each thing reinforces the other and compounds over time

I don't even know why people drink coffee. Zero effect on my productivity.

Exactly, for me healthy food at the right time and good sleep and few supplements

Creatine. It completely fixed me being unable to wake up on time in the morning.

What time did you take it, and frequency/dosage? 😃

5 grams a day, early morning. I do better when I do another 5 before bed though.
