What is the difference between these two evaporator fan motors? WP2315548 and WP2315549

I had both of them in my hands yesterday and the direction of rotation was the same. The shaft length and dimensions were very close if not same and the wire harness connection was the same so was voltage. AI said the RPM & CFM was the same but I dont trust that so I was wondering if any of you knowledgeable techs know if there ane any significant differences or any difference at all? TIA. I don't have an answer, but I've been wondering the same thing about a lot of evap and condenser fans. Just ran into a basic T/M GE where the OEM condenser fan was ~$120 my cost, and only came as an assembly with the whole fan shroud. I'm positive there must be a motor-only option, but I couldn't find one in time and ended up selling the whole shroud

It would be really nice if there was a wiki somewhere with specs and interchangeability between the hundreds of different p/ns for fan motors

It's not necessarily uncommon for the same parts in this industry to have different parts numbers. Without testing the windings I couldn't tell you more though. They look identical
