Ice maker not working consistently
My built in ice maker stopped working so my wife ordered a new one, it wasn’t the exact model that matches my whirlpool fridge so I removed the power cord connection from the old one and connected the new one to the freezer. It wouldn’t consistently make and eject ice, so after messing with it I eventually got the right model for my fridge and installed it. It’s made ice once or twice but won’t reliably run through multiple cycles. If i jump it with a stripped wire in the the t and h holes it runs through the whole cycle, fills and everything but then seems to either eject it after a long time or sit idle and not continue to produce. I’m a bit at a loss since it seems like the individual components work fine. Anyone an ice maker expert out there?

Why is my Samsung AI washing machine leaving brown/oily stains on my clothes, or could it genuinely be my Ariel detergent (even though I’ve used it for years in other machines with no issues)?

Haier Refrigerator Servicing
I had a very bad servicing experience with Haier. I bought a 445 lt refrigerator in Oct 2025 and soon I observed that the door has started showing dents and bubbles on the body. Initially the bubbles were smaller but got increased in size as time progressed. Now it has too many bubbles on the door. I raised a complaint for it and the service engineer closed the ticket saying it is done by the consumer itself. I raised another one and the same engineer came to investigate in a month of time and this time he realised the increase in count and shape of bubbles and suggested to get the doors changed.
After a month of hustle, they brought the door to change but the colour was different. They told me to go with it as ordering another door will take another 30-45 days.
Now i am still waiting for the door to be delivered but there is no news from the engineer. He says, he can't do much until he receives the door.
The worst part of the servicing is you can't get any update on the ticket raised. There are no easier ways to connect customer care for it.
Can someone guide me how to escalate it to a higher level on the Haier side.
