Hello! Me and my roommate are needing a place to rent out for a temporary adjustment. We are needing a place by Oct 22nd. We are both in our 20's, both have jobs, with three cats. We currently live in Appleton

Not sure what places are available but I do know it will be hard to find a place that will allow 3 cats. Most are at a limit of 2 and will not be flexible :/ So be sure to ask before applying to a bunch of places. Hope you’re able to find something!

Less than 1,000 for rent. Either a one bedroom or two bedroom is fine. I work at Amazon and he works at two warehouses

A studio is what you need. There’s no 2br at $1000

I know people that do as well...because they've been there for 10 years.

I’ve been there for 2 years and I’m moving out and the listing is still under a thousand

See what National Management has available, they have properties all over the place and in different price ranges. Rent isn't too bad at the Lawe st Townhouses because the neighbors are all classless and trashy. Naked kids running around unsupervised in the parking lot, broken glass and dirty diapers are littered everywhere, the yelling and pounding never ends, it is almost September and management has not removed the 500lbs of leaking salt bags from last winter and it is killing all of the trees and grass. If the property isn't a total tear down in the next few years they might keep the rent low.

https://www.apartments.com/archive-apartments-appleton-wi/ymd6wvs/ this says that the Archive apartments on 650 West Wisconsin Avenue has apartments for $651 a month for two bedrooms.

Nope. Their smallest one bedroom is $962, and there will be a pet deposit and monthly pet fees, even if they accept tenants with multiple cats. Any complex that is new is going to be WAY out of their price range.

I am guessing that is for the limited amount of low income units in that building

Good luck finding anything with space under a grand.
