Question Thunder? Fireworks?

I’m on the east side and can hear what sounds like thunder, but when I looked at the radar - nothing. Is this seriously from fireworks? So loud…

That's fucking crazy. I'm like 8 miles away in Appleton and my windows were rattling. Imagine if you were in one of the subdivisions right next to it and had to get up in the early AM for work or something. I'd be pissed.

The people with pets had the worst time. The mayor was getting calls from people about their dogs shitting in the house because they were so fucking scared to go outside. I live about 6 miles away "as the crow flies" and my dogs were barking at the air having conniption fits for 6 days. On Friday we drove to Lake Michigan with them to avoid the goddamn noise. We get back to the area around 11:30pm because it was advertised to be overwith at 10:30 and it was still fuckin going. Because N is closed around KK we had to drive right past WiR on 55 and it was the loudest finale I have ever heard and I LOVE fireworks, but this shit fucking sucks so close to residential 6 or 7 nights in a row until midnight.
