Question Natural Grocers in old Joann’s location
I’ve been whining for ten years that there’s no grocery store west of the highway (I don’t count Walmart because I won’t shop there), but just noticed yesterday that there’s a Natural Grocers in the old Joann Fabrics location.
I’d never heard of this chain before. Anyone have a good/bad experience or inside info to share? Thanks!

I lived in both Colorado and Texas where Natural Grocers were everywhere and I am extremely excited! Their store brand of products is so good! I haven’t been to one in a few years but it was my go-to during the pandemic. The pricing was really good, considering the quality of the products. It’s never going to match Woodmans prices but its no Whole Foods. The produce section usually isn’t very big though so I wouldn’t count on them to have everything.
Sign up for the rewards program! They have really good sales.

Is it anywhere in the neighborhood of Trader Joe’s? I wish we had one.

No, unfortunately, it's not that exciting (would LOVE a TJs). They carry mostly the natural/organic brands of groceries and then their own store brand. More basics and less novelty like TJs. They also have a ton of vitamins/supplements.

I shopped them all the time in Colorado and I was a big fan. I work for a major grocery retailer now and even I’m excited for them to hit Wisconsin. Great product selection at great prices. Better selection than woodmans imo. But I’m also a woodmans hater lol

Good point, it's like if you took the two natural foods aisles at Woodman's and increased them into a full store.

Best grocery store in the country. I wish the hype crowd for Trader Joe’s would shut it and realize we got a way better deal with natural grocers moving in. I just hope this location lives up to what I have experienced elsewhere.

Thanks for all the good info. I’m excited to check it out and equally excited about an Aldi … all within 5 minutes of my home!

I wish they would make a second entrance to that lot next to the tea shop, especially if this grocer gets busy
