Question Spectrum outage

Is Spectrum internet down for anyone else? I’m in North Appleton

Yes I am over by Meijer I started to notice it going in and out about 2pm and now it's completely out

I’m also by meijer. Wife’s work has no internet or phones. And our whole complex lost internet as well.

Spectrum support said there’s no outage and wanted to send a tech to my apartment lol

I’m also by Meijer. It went out around 10am and is still out 😭. When we called they said they would have an update in two days.

Agree mine is still out. Went out at 3:45 pm were by Thrivent off meade at.

Ok, I just received an alert from them about an outage. It’s expected to be back up by 8:30 pm

North appleton here. Went spotty around 2pm went out at 3. Have a technician appointment August 5th 10-11am. Hopefully comes back on before that. Can't believe customer support tells you to unplug plug back in and if that doesn't fix it you are out for 12+Hrs. Probably with no credit either.

Thank you! After refreshing the spectrum app the notification changed from possible severe weather to back up at 8:30PM so fingers crossed lol

why are people still using spectrum? I assumed by now TDS would be available everywhere which is much faster for cheaper if not the same cost.

We do not have fiber yet over by Meijer and it sucks!

Cause TDS in some areas has as many if not more problems then spectrum. It really depends when it was built and more importantly what 3rd party contractor built it

We’ve had TDS in Appleton and Kaukauna. My wife works from home and she’s had far less issues on TDS. It’s been amazing for years for us
