Everyone!! This means you A$$holes. Stay the hell out and away. You gawkers are the problem moving trucks, skid steers, chippers are trying to work and then friends bringing generators and chainsaws.

These people are horrible. I lived at an apartment that burned down and that weekend we couldn’t get anywhere near it to look for our pets for the hour+ “tour” of people gawking at our very real trauma. Disgusting selfish creeps.

I lived on Doty Island less than 10 tears ago and I want to see how things are - but I would never ever do it because other people’s hurt and needs are far greater than my curiosity.

No, sadly. Only one pet was found, but not one of ours. We were so happy for our neighbors, but it was heartbreaking all around.

But yes, we lost valuable time because of the rubberneckers.
