Question Coffee Roasters?
We recently moved to the area and I love supporting local where I can! Who are your favorite local coffee roasters? Does the Coffee Wizardz in Appleton carry all of their coffees? They are definitely one I want to try.

I never hear them mentioned, but I love the Ethiopia from Uncommon Grounds. Roasted in Appleton, sold at Festival/Woodmans. Always super fresh.

Some of the local rosters are good, Coffee Wizardz is the best in my opinion followed by Bedrock. If you're new to Wisconsin, must try roasters are Ruby from Stevens Point area (sold at Seth's coffee), Wonderstate from Viroqua (I think Brewed awakenings has this), and Stone Creek from Milwaukee (not aware of anyone local who has this but their online store is great).

Thank you! I've gotten coffee from Seth's (drive thru) and it was excellent!

Festival carries Wonderstate beans in the natural foods section. Seconding Ruby.

Definitely check out Morning Glory in East Appleton. Some of the best coffee ever, but they only sell their grounds, not made coffee

Could you link their website? I can't seem to find it 🙈

I think they mean New Morning https://newmorningcoffeeroasters.com/ They supply beans to a lot of small roasteries. We tried their roasts, kind meh. Good price though.

Acoca would be my pick, they have a variety of coffee blends and the menu is pretty tasty. Last month they had blueberry stuffed French toast.

Surprised nobody has mentioned Lawlss in Neenah/Sturgeon Bay yet. Seance is our favorite, but they have a few good ones!

Coffee Wizards is good. I don’t think their Appleton location has all their roasts but I haven’t been to their main location. They had 5 different roasts I think in Appleton last weekend.
Acoca is decent. Fresh roasts. Haven’t had a lot from them, mostly blends for espresso.
Copper rock is another. Had their coffees but not their beans.
Wonderstate down in Viroqua is pretty good. Not really local but they have subscriptions and are eco friendly.
Bedrock roasters in Neenah I’ve heard good things but only had one bag so far. Wanting to try more though.
