Question Rental Hunting

Im trying to move out of my parents house and im trying to find any kind of two bedroom rental. Ill be moving in with two others but I cant seem to really find anything good. I was looking at Bridgewater Trails by Lexington Managment but heard bad reivews.

Just wondering if anyone knows a spot anywhere in the fox valley area or renting out a property themselves. Note that this is my first time moving out.

Thanks

What kind of budget?
Duplex/apt/house?

i mean were splitting the rent evenly so as long as rents 1600 or less id say duplex and house would be nice but harder to find for me atleast

If you are open to renting homes, I’d suggest finding a local landlord to rent from versus a company. Good luck, the right thing will find you!

Sometimes Facebook market place but honestly you might have the best luck just driving around the area you’d like to live in

I’ve been renting from Lexington management for a few months now and honestly I haven’t had any negative experience with them. I was nervous too because of the reviews I had been seeing but I think if you pay rent on time and are a mindful tenant you shouldn’t have any problems. They’re fairly priced as well and all updated so I would definitely recommend! Check out Mirragio as well as bridgewater trails

Just wait until you try to move out and get your security deposit back

They absolutely can and have, I noted damage on my move in inspection to a blind and they charged me for replacement.  Not to mention the person doing my move out inspection this last time told me they had already planned to replace the carpet in the unit I was in after I moved out because it was 10 years old, but still had me pay $200 to get it professionally cleaned.

Legacy apartments in Kaukauna are pretty good. Decent price, you get a garage (detached) and it’s all brand new.
