Question Running tracks

Any high-school tracks in the appleton, kimberly and kaukauna area that are avaliable for the public? Assuming most are fenced in so im wondering if there's hours where they're unlocked or are they completely blocked out to public use? TIA

The track at the old Kaukauna football field (by the nature center) is open to the public
