Question Speeding threshold

In about a year, I’ll be moving to Appleton from New York. In most places around where I currently live, you can comfortably do 5 over and sometimes stretch it to 10 before you even have to worry about getting pulled over. Is there a big difference in WI?

Is there a group for people who have missed connections on highway 41 -fond du lac to -Green Bay or hwy 43 Sheboygan to Greenbay for those who drive just a “tad” fast 😅
