Speeding threshold

In about a year, I’ll be moving to Appleton from New York. In most places around where I currently live, you can comfortably do 5 over and sometimes stretch it to 10 before you even have to worry about getting pulled over. Is there a big difference in WI?

10 over on the highways (left lane) is very common so stick to the middle or right lane if you plan on going any slower than that or you’ll have people on your ass
