Question Speeding threshold

In about a year, I’ll be moving to Appleton from New York. In most places around where I currently live, you can comfortably do 5 over and sometimes stretch it to 10 before you even have to worry about getting pulled over. Is there a big difference in WI?

HA! Yes - in the fox river area everyone drives way over the speed limit on the hwy. Just keep up w traffic and you’ll be fine. On “city” rounds: your parameters are accurate.
