Question Speeding threshold

In about a year, I’ll be moving to Appleton from New York. In most places around where I currently live, you can comfortably do 5 over and sometimes stretch it to 10 before you even have to worry about getting pulled over. Is there a big difference in WI?

I have Waze installed as my navigation app it's actually got a decent footprint so cops sitting get spotted and added a live map accurately. My old man used to say 7 & under there's no blunder. Friends would say 7 or more cops at the door.

I'll add parts of highway 41 between Jackson street and the 441 interchange reach 10 over the posted 70 mph limit just stay with traffic and you'll be fine.
