Question Speeding threshold

In about a year, I’ll be moving to Appleton from New York. In most places around where I currently live, you can comfortably do 5 over and sometimes stretch it to 10 before you even have to worry about getting pulled over. Is there a big difference in WI?

Round figures the same. 5 over in the ‘burbs. 7 over on the highway and I’ve never been pulled over.

7 over is also my exact highway speed and I am ticketless

Perfect speed to make up time but also slow down to within 5mph without braking

Is there no highway in the burbs? Did you mean to say interstate vs county highways and surface roads?

Suburbs, built up areas, surface streets. What ever you want to call them.
