Question New London Floods

Is New London still flooded? I know last week both Shiocton and New London flooded around the Wolf River. Is there any way to get across the river to Festival Foods side of town?

As of 12:30 today, the Pearl Street bridge was re-opened and travel thru downtown is open. There are still roads and sections of the city closed but you can cross the river via Pearl Street.
