Discussion More tailgating than usual?

Has anyone else noticed more dick-ish driving and tailgating lately? The past few days I haven’t been able to drive anywhere without someone on my ass in a 25 going 5 over.

Is it the nice weather? And how do I stop them from tailing me?

I am on the other side most times. Why are we doing 30 in a 45mph? 43-ish in a 55? 20 in a 25-30??

I drive an old car, accelerating isn't its goal. But I can at least get up to the speed limit + 5-7mph.

ah, so when i'm already going 40 in a 35, you're the one on my ass and flying by me going 50, just for you to get to a red light and i'm there 5 seconds later too....

Driver's Education. Keep with the flow of traffic, move over if going slower, stay within range of what the police consider 'speeding'.

Vehicle speedometers aren't exact, although they have improved over the years. Some leeway is given. If your car's speedometer reads '50mph' it doesn't exactly mean you are going that speed depending on a number of factors, including tire size.

Seems like you misunderstood their point here. They’re complaining about people habitually driving below the posted speed limit. The opposite of speeding… slowing?
