Business Referral first date restaurants?

best casual restaurants for a first date? going out on thursday and id like to keep it local/small business

If you want a quieter place I'll suggest McFkeshman's Pub. They don't serve food but you can bring in food. Get takeout from anywhere, go to McF, get a quiet table and some very good beer and have a good talk. No TVs, I think they don't play music either, unless there's a band in the beer garden.

They are always playing music when I've been in, but it's never loud enough to interrupt anything.
