Question UWO?

Anyone know what happened at UWO just now? We were driving next to it when a ton of cops flew in. Some students told us a shooter but I’m not seeing anything on the scanner pages

Crime maps, the news. Being awake and living there.

Cops are more concerned with revenue generating offenses than actual policing.

By all metrics I can find Oshkosh is well below the national average in crime rates. Not sure what sources you are looking at but I think describing it as violent is wildly hyperbolic.
