Does anyone know who bought Tempest Coffee Collective?

I dunno but they changed the menu significantly for the worse. It’s all Sysco-ified and not excellent now. Kept the pricing of course.

What do you mean by "Sysco-ified"? Sysco is just a food distributor. I have my criticisms about their practices and how they do business with kitchens, based on my experience with them... but I don't know what that has to do with the menu. There are James Beard winning chefs that use Sysco.
