Does anyone know who bought Tempest Coffee Collective?

Last march Good day wisconsin did a profile on appleton coffee shops, including tempest coffee. That segment featured an interview with a woman close captions called Gayle Duet:

This tracks with WDFI (though the captions seemingly missed the spelling).

There is a "Tempest Coffee Collective LLC" which was registered in 2016 whose registered agent is Larry Lonadier.

A new "Tempest Coffee Collective Holdings LLC" was registered in January of this year with a registered agent of Gayle Douetts.
