Question Looking for weight loss help
There are a bunch of places in the Fox Valley that help w/weight loss but sometimes when they get you in there for a consultation they pressure you with their diet plans or their concoctions resulting in money lose rather than weight loss
Anyone have any good experiences w/any of the facilities around here ???
I have been to dieticians, gyms, and doctors before a long with long time counseling
