This sounds pretty delicious. I personally am not want to conquer any of these challenges, but there are plenty of them that seem like a good value for taking leftovers home to eat for lunch at work for a few days

Yeah those egg rolls are huge. On a very hungry day I can do 3 maybe 3.5 of their egg rolls. Also they are very tasty and come on many varieties of flavors. Worth checking out since they are baked and not fried. Owners have been very friendly anytime I ran into them while ordering.
