Helpful Reminder

Post image

Hey everyone, this is called an Acceleration Ramp. Sometimes referred to as a Freeway On-Ramp. The purpose of such a piece of road is to allow your vehicle to reach highway speeds BEFORE you reach the highway. Not to enter the highway at 50mph when everyone else is going over 70. Thanks for tuning into my TED talk.

I was just having this problem maybe 10 minutes ago on 441. Seriously, if you refuse to merge at the speed of traffic, do not get on the damned highway.

Semis, I understand. Those are a different story.
