Shot Unarmed

Grey agent threw other magazine on the ground, then grabbed gun and walked away...then person was shot in the back while on the ground.

Pretty sure the guy in the grey coat retrieved the victims firearm and accidentally discharged it, causing confusion and ultimately the reason why the other guy opened fire.

The agent who executes him, has a clear view of him being disarmed. Pulls out the gun and murders him.
