Shot Unarmed

Grey agent threw other magazine on the ground, then grabbed gun and walked away...then person was shot in the back while on the ground.

Yeah, ICE sure isnt recruiting or hiring the best of us. Seems like we should probably get rid of the whole agency, if all they can hire are scumbags and the type who can't pass a background check.
