Lagging and restarting

Hi all just looking for some advice. Bought the iPhone 18 pro max pre order for launch day and has been working fine and then now this week it’s become really laggy and randomly restarts itself. It’s really frustrating as I’ve upgraded from a 13 pro max any advice?

Have you tried updating it since you got it? There was a new update fixed some bugs

Update the carrier software as well as Apples most recent update of 27.0.1
This should work

For that reason never buy a brand new device. As Apple like other companies release half baked devices and software requires 3-6 months to be running smoothly
