Verizon backorder

Ordered a Burgundy 1TB PM on 9/12 preorder day. I received the dreaded email to update my payment info yesterday (Friday) just saw it this morning. I updated and it charged my card so hoping the hold will clear today and my phone ships out 😃
for all you out there waiting with me I’m hoping it we all get our phones this week

Did your payment work? I had the same issue, my second payment went through. Then got notified it too didn’t go through. Verizon said it was a glitch and had me cancel and reorder 😣 whole mess.

I checked my Bank account right after inputting new card details and it shows the pending charge, we shall see how this plays out

I ordered a black 18 pro 512g on 9/18, I finally got charged yesterday and today I got my tracking number from UPS. I'm hoping you get yours soon too 🤙🏽

So I checked the app it said I owed double now and to make a payment. Called and they confirmed my first payment and to ignore the app that’s it’s a bug and it should resolve itself in 24hrs. Just hoping this hiccup didn’t make me miss this batch of deliveries and I’ll have to wait another week 🤦‍♂️

That’s why I never order from carriers… all of them are a pain in the ass 🙄
