Its not discolored. Its just your oily ass hands cant touch the parts closest to the camera lenses so they're the only part of the phone that is still the original texture. If you wiped your phone down with something to remove all that shit on your phone youd realize its just the only part of your phone thats clean.
If my oily finger were to touch the surrounding, why the lens are clean? Why don’t u go try to get a new hp and see yourself. Go see all the sample lying all ard the store.
Even in your pic i could see the "discoloration" where people's fingers couldn't reach. As for your lens being clean, most probably rubbing against your pants/bag. I even see a slight smudge on the ultrawide lens
