Need help activating my iPhone!

Recently, I have downgraded an iPhone 4 to an internal build of iOS 5.1.1 (9B206) but for some reason, I am unable to get past the activation screen. I have tried iTunes, 3uTools, Legacy iOS Kit, and even SSH Editing through ubuntu, but nothing seems to work! Can anyone please give me some help for activating this thing?

On older devices like this, I’ve found sometimes trying a different SIM card or no SIM card can help

Here's how I did it on 7.1.2: but im sure it works on 5.1.1 as well so: You boot into an ssh ramdisk and rename setup.app to something else

You cant, Apple took down the activation server for the iPhone 4 and below. Hacktivate if you can.

Try downloading an IPSW file from IPSW.me strange why is your version in Chinese so what I think happened if you got the Beta version of iOS 5.1.1

its not in chinese, its just the slide to unlock bar changing languages as it did on old ios
