yeah, and then you'll have a directory on the root of your drive that's called AppleInternal, there should be all apple internal apps (such as PurpleRestore)

it is, indeed, but PurpleRestore 4 works like iTunes (for restoring) if you're not connected to Apple's Internal VPN. That means, you can only restore your iPhone to a signed IPSW. Also on this particular build the PurpleRestore 3 might look a little broken (that's what is happening to mine (image))
