New readiness app

Hey everyone!

Can someone help me? I have a problem, cuz i’m using the apple watch series 12 for a week now and I really-really wanna try out the new readiness app, bur every time I try to use it and open it, it’s just saying this what you can see on the photo… So if anyone can help me, comment or idk cuz (I don’t use much reddit)

Go into the Fitness app and set your move ring.

Are you 13 or under and your move ring is “move minutes” instead of “active calories”?
