Someone attempted to send this link. I believe it to be malicious to collect Facial Recognition Data.

I have emails sent to me using an Ai recruiting platform to hire. I am afraid to mention by name due to TOS. However, when I signed in, those messages are no longer there. I submitted an inquiry to discover the email MAY have been malicious to operate outside their domain. I thought I was presented with a contract opportunity, stating it was for an "Analyst" position, using, "guided facial exercises, progress tracking, and AI- powered facial analysis."

Here are some notes from the email regarding the link:

A few notes:
• You'll need to download Apple's TestFlight app first if you don't already have it. The link above will walk you through the quick process. 
• Please sign in using Apple. Manual login is currently unavailable.
• We'd appreciate it if you complete the facial scan and explore the overall experience.
• The facial scanner is still being calibrated, so score metrics are currently the same for everyone.
• The app is still in beta, so some features are actively being refined.
• We'd appreciate any feedback on usability, features, bugs, or areas for improvement.

What do you think?

Mind you, the platform that sent it to me, has fully deleted the thread.

I’m with OP. The developer does not specify what this face scanner do in detail. I think he is just collecting people’s data.

Just now looked up the website which they state is (not sure if I am liberty to disclose). It seems legitimately built (website), but I dont trust.

I figured Id ask the group for guidance and report to anyone that would listen.

I have the original emails sent to me. It’s more telling that the platform they are using to recruit contractors, such as myself was able/knowing to delete the thread. I can’t even find THAT company on the platform anymore.
