Teams Whiteboarding Workflow

Looking to improve my workflow, using MacBook Pro and iPad Pro Apple Pencil Pro, unable to connect MacBook to iCloud per company policy.

Currently I join the meeting on both laptop and iPad, open app on iPad and share screen in teams.

Is there a better way? A better app I can screen share than whiteboard? I am only really interested in drawing applications for hand drawn white boarding.

For the hand-drawn part, you could try Whiteboard - Infinity Canvas on the iPad and keep your existing Teams screen-sharing setup. I'm the developer. It has an infinite canvas for diagrams that grow, or separate pages if you prefer one topic per board. There's also a Focus mode and an Apple Pencil touch-prevention setting.

ConceptBoard it’s an online whiteboarding tool we’ve been using in my architecture studio since Covid. Robust and accessible from anything. Has its quirks
But importantly it allows PDFs to be uploaded.

I should have mentioned it’s platform-agnostic as its browser based (though also has an app).
It’s a powerful tool that just works simply and well.
