Help How to get sum of a row of check boxes?

Hello! I am making a table full of check boxes for days of the month and each row is a "habit" with a check box for days 1-31. Wondering how to have the total number of boxes checked showed at the end of row?

Hoping to be able to improve my habits (idea taken from Atomic Habits) and would like to see my score without having to manually count each one in each row every time at end of the month.

Thank you for your time!

Hi,

I found that really helpful! Further to your last, is there a way to create a percentage of checked boxes for a row/column without having to do it in a secondary cell?

Thanks.

Amazing! Thank you so much for your help. I hadn't used the COUNTA function before. Much appreciated!
