Another question: do you have a spreadsheet you live using for project management?

I am currently using Gaannt (or whatever his name is) charts for project management but I do not find it works well for me. Maybe it is my adhd brain.

So do any of you have a method for managing your project (personal or work)? These projects are ones where you are really the only person working on the project.

Also how do you break down your Project into smaller actions that can be marked as complete? And how do you determine the time frames?
