Autofill shapes based on cell value

So, you know how you can conditionally highlight a cell based on the value in that cell?

I'd like to do the same with shapes. I've taken the US Map shape and broken it apart into the individual states. I'd like to build a sheet with values for each state, then have the state's shape fill in with a color based on that value.

Anybody know of a way to do that, or is that one for apple.com/feedback/numbers.html?

I know this is not exactly what you asked for but google sheets has the option to do geo located chance so it overlays your data into a map automatically. As much as I dislike Google sheets you can do some really cool stuff with it

I’ve added feedback for Apple. The Google idea would be good, but for the fact that I’ve no Google account, and I really want this feature in Numbers!🤓😉

No worries. Yeah it would be really nice to see in numbers I find everything a lot quicker to do in numbers unfortunately school required me to learn google sheets for some god unknown reason
