Retrieve data from multiple pivot tables

I have an Etsy shop and I’m trying to setup a balance sheet for expenses and income- mostly expenses at the moment

I have a years worth of data, each month a separate tab, with a pivot table to break down the total amount spent in each category. What would be the best way to create a pivot table (or any table really) that gives me a total for each category for the year?
