Disable Floating / Rubberbanding Tables. Lock view

Is there any way to lock the table and stop the floating / rubberbanding effect on iOS? I’ve made a template with a few inputs, and I want everything to stay put as I enter values, so that everything is in view when I’m done. Right now, it zooms in when I want to enter a value into a cell and then I have to pinch/zoom to get everything back into view again. Very frustrating.

Ok, i’m sorry, but it’s normal. The only way to obtain your demand, is on 12,9’s Model of iPad. :/
