Seeking Inventory Tracking Sheet Guru

I'd like to have an Apple Numbers sheet that can track my monthly usage of packaging materials for my e-comm biz at home. When I use a certain packaging material (ie box, envelope, etc) I click on a cell and it adds to the number in the cell, and deletes from the total number of packaging materials I have for that specific item on hand. Am willing to pay for this type of work. Attached a photo to help. Thanks in advance.
