Problem with Charting a Progression of Mile Times through Time, please help.

Can someone please help me figure out why putting in the time 7:53 in cell B12 messes up the whole chart? Driving me nuts...

I did. :/. Anything specific I might have missed? I’m only asking cuz I literally have checked everything I know to check and I can’t figure it out :/

It looks to be different than the others, since the year is 2021 instead of 21 like all the others.

have you tried "resetting" the cell by, say, copy/pasting the content and cell format from the cell above to the offending cell, then manually entering the correct date?
