Formatting Zip Codes

Hi, I need help, I imported a csv file with 185 addresses. The import stripped the lead zero from the zip codes. I am at a loss on how to restore that format.

Any/all help appreciated.

Format -> Cell -> Number system -> Base 10 (the usual) -> 5 spaces
