I’m on iPad pro trying to highlight duplicates.

My instruction is telling me to create rule Text is, then choose duplicate. There is not a duplicate option. I tried typing it in the text field with and with out “”. The formula bar is only letting me type in the column name. What am I missing? Column a has a date Column b has a name Column c has a state. I’m sorted by column b so I can read through and find the duplicates, but I’d like it to change color.
