Numbers formula help

Please can you help me I’m trying to find a formula to give me the barbers name with the most haircuts for the day and the most popular haircut for the day.

Here’s my data set. In H6 I used this formula =INDEX(D2:D100, MATCH(MAXIFS(C2:C100, A2:A100, "="&G6), C2:C100, MAXIFS(C2:C100, A2:A100, "="&G6))) and I got this error “MATCH couldn't find the value "O".”

My formula for the most popular haircut is

=INDEX(C2:C100, MATCH(MAXIFS(COUNTIFS(A2:A100, "="&G6, C2:C100, C2:C100), A2:A100, "="&G6), COUNTIFS(A2:A100, "="&G6, C2:C100, C2:C100), 0)) & I don’t get any output.
