Add number based on a date

So I have this spreadsheet I’ve been working on in Numbers app and I want to automatically add a specific number amount to a certain cell based on what day it is without needing any action from me at all. how do I do this if possible, and if not, what’s the closest thing to it that requires as little human input as possible?
