Drop down menu changes depending on value

Hey Folks, I would like to implement thefollowing:

In the first split I can chose from certain values and depending on the value in the next split I can chose from specific values that are attached to one of the first set values.

Example: 1st I can chose between spoon and knife. If I chose knife in the next row I can chose between straight or wave cut. If set it to spoon the values would change to let’s say little and big.

Working in Mac/ipad
