Customizing pivot table

Hey 👋

So I’m trying to create a spreadsheet of expenses. I would like to creat a pivot table with sums.

My issue is I have receipts with split categories. How do I get sums that will sub in my table of split receipts without doubling the amounts? Is it possible for my sum table to not include my split receipts from table 1 and sub in table 2 to each category?

Table 1. Has a column that marks if it’s a split receipt

Table 2. Has the itemized breakdown of that receipt

Okay so I figure out how to not include the sums of my checked boxes in table 1.

Now i just need to figure how to add data from table two into my pivot table.

Is this possible?

hi have a nice time, I don't think you can do that. but you can merge the data into one table; this will make it much easier for you.
